Traditional design-build ties your designer's income to your contractor's budget. That means every material recommendation, every scope decision, and every change order can carry a financial conflict you never see.
We removed that conflict entirely. Seamless has no financial relationship with any contractor. We don't mark up construction costs, and we don't earn more when your project costs more. Our fee is flat, and agreed upon before we start.
Contractors build what we design. We work alongside them, not above them. But our loyalty sits with you.
